Case Description
I have 12 top teeth and 11 bottom teeth. My gums are receding very badly as low as the bottom of my teeth in a lot of places. They are starting to hurt. Are dentures my only option? Please advise it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

without any x-rays to check the condition of the teeth, my assumption is that you have gum disease and lost of bony support around the teeth. Gum disease could cause the teeth to hurt and could be a greater indication of tooth decay or an abcess. Gum disease could be treated my non-surgical method such as perio protect.
