hello sir currently i am facing a saliva problem i need some urgent help, i face problem while talking my mouth is either too dry or either too much saliva , i have chewed sugar free gums used biotene gel , went to a dentist he cleaned me teeth and told me that everything will get perfect after it but its not i need help please help me i face problem while talking saliva saliva.
