I have a cavity in my upper right molar that is decaying the side of my tooth. It has been causing me headaches for the past weeks, and within the past few days, I have been unable to move my neck and the tops of my shoulders. I have tried to treat the symptoms, but without success. I am miserably in pain. I need this tooth fixed ASAP, but also need to be able to work out payments to get this done. Also, I cannot have the tooth removed due to Hemophilia, so alternate methods of taking care of this tooth is needed. I am in a real bind here, and need the best advise and care.
