Patient Review 1:
I was formerly a patient of Dr. D, but moved away and recently returned to Austin. I scheduled an appt. with Dr. Garcia and was totally impressed. The high-tech equipment is really convincing when you can see your own x-rays on a flat screen. They even offered to bleach my teeth for life as long as I keep my cleaning appointments! With that offer I have even talked my husband into making an appointment. Garcia was very personable and encouraging. I would definitely recommend this doctor and her staff...
About Hygienist: Hygeinist was extremely comfortable and talked through what she was doing. I had anxiety before they made the bleaching trays, but it wasn't even that bad. She did a great job!

All I can say is WOW! Dr. Garcia and her staff are top notch. I've always had a strong aversion to dentists and definitely to pain. This was not an issue here. I was immediately put at ease and each procedure went though with out a hitch. I was impressed with the newest of technology and the speed, efficiency and quality customer service that I experience. In a nutshell, after many years, I finally have the perfect dentist.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was Awesome Too! For the first time ever, I got excellent advise on how to use my electric Oral-B tooth brush. Very cool!

Admittedly, I tend to be critical of providers in the services industry, but none more than dentists. After unpleasant experiences with 2 dentists in Austin, I turned to friends for some guidance, and, based on their recommendations, I took the plunge with Dr. Garcia. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did. Everyone was so professional and courteous. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The hygienist gave me the best pain-free cleaning I ever had. Dr. Garcia was very nice and thorough, and she has great chair-side manners. What differentiates Dr. Garcia and her staff from the other offices I visited is that they did not push treatment on me. While they did explain my options, I never felt like I was being forced to pick a particular one. I would recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone.

Since my first experience at Dr. Lucinda Garcias office 1 year ago, I look forward to every visit. Dr. Garcia and her staff are quite simply INCREDIBLE!!!I've had the misfortune of having delicate teeth and found myself at the dentists office quite often growing up. During this time, Ive seen many dentists, but I never found an office where I truly felt comfortable...until now. Dr. Garcias work is amazing. Shes done some crowns and a bridge, and Ive been extremely pleased with the results. Further, I like the fact that every effort is made to make me feel comfortablewhether it is offering me a pillow, a blanket to keep me warm, or having flat screen TVs with wireless headphones to keep me preoccupied while treatment or a cleaning is being performed. It also helps that the office itself is very inviting with lots of natural light from skylights and huge windows. But, what truly stands out is that Dr. Garcia takes the time to talk to me and establish a level of rapport that is beyond the superficial/mechanical conversations Ive had with other dentistsput differently, I dont feel like a number. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Garcia and her staff at Parmer Lane Family Dentistry!

I must start off by telling a personal experience and how I truly appreciate Dr. Garcia and her exceptional work. About nine months ago, I fell off my bicycle, causing major fractures to my two front teeth. I ended up with two root canals and some heavy "cosmetic" fill-ins to replace the way my teeth used to look. Dr. Garcia always provides great services when I go in for my dental appointments, but this time around she proved to be at her best when it came to fixing my teeth. First, she performed the gentlest root canals Ive ever had (and Ive had other done by other dentists). She then fixed my teeth BETTER than the way my own original teeth looked. The colors and shapes were just so perfectly combined; you would have never thought I ever had a fracture there. So, without a doubt I highly recommend Dr. Garcia to everyone, and anyone who wants the best for their teeth.
