We were referred to Salute Facial Surgery when my daughter developed a serious facial abscess. We met Dr. Malave and his staff and they took great care of my daughter. He took the time to reassure her and made feel comfortable. She underwent the procedure under General anesthesia and recovered w/o any problems. Dr Malave even called the house the night of surgery to check on her. What a great surgeon, God Bless him

My son was hurt really bad in a basketball accident at school. I could not find a dentist that would see him right away. I had to go all the way to Stassney Blvd. in Austin from Round Rock to Smile Dentist. They took him immediatly. They took one look at my son and said he needed to go to a Trauma Center. They called Dr Marcantoni's office. Not only were we seen right away, but they called us on the way to give us the directions. Time wasn't on our side to save our sons teeth. His jaw was broke & teeth were turned in & downward in his mouth. We arrived only to find the staff holding the door open & taking us streight into the doctor. Did not stop for paperwork, my son was more important to them. I am 42 years old & have never had such great service as we did that day. The doctor & staff were calm, extremely plesant & professional. What a wonderful job they did putting my son back together. The other dentist office, his coach, everyone couldn't believe it. All of our visits afterwards to the staff just calling to check in on him. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. MARCANTONI & STAFF TO ANYONE! This Doctor & staff are truely wonderful! They give more then 100%. We will always be forever grateful.

The office was beautiful and I didn't feel like I was at a Doctor's office. The staff was nice to me and it was an upscale office, but I didn't have to pay an upscale price! I don't have insurance because I'm self employed but the office worked with me. The doctor was very nice, professional and had a good bedside manner. He spoke to me NOT at me. THANKS!!!!

It is every parent's worst nightmare: The 3:00AM phone call from an ER nurse saying your child has been involved in an accident. I received that phone call on July 8. My daughter fractured her lower jaw in multiple places. She was in much pain. I was simply terrified.

Dr. Hank Marcantoni arrived before 9:00 AM in Brack's ER. His calm bedside manner was reassuring to both of us. He was professional, yet warm and approachable. He clearly explained the surgical procedure so that my 19 y.o. fully understood what would be happening to her. His tone was caring & respectful, not at all condescending, when he spoke to a young adult. He patiently answered my endless questions.

He had performed this surgery repeatedly over the past year. She had surgery on Sunday morning and discharged Sunday afternoon. She still has all of her teeth & no permanent nerve damage. Amazing!

She had her post-op visit yesterday. His front office staff were helpful & friendly. Although Dr. Marcatoni is not in the network of my insurance plan, the cost will be covered since it was emergency surgery.

He shared the X-Ray showing the wires and plates. He explained what we should expect over the next few weeks.

Outstanding experience!
