Dr. Hayashi and his team are true professionals. I got the feeling Dr. Hayashi really cares about the comfort and needs of his patients. He even calls to follow up after significant work is performed. The experienced dental technicians are almost psychic in anticipating the needs of the dentist and the patient. Can't say enough great about these folks. I now have the best dental team I've had... ever!
About Hygienist: Christy - She rocks! She's extremely professional and knows what she's doing. Her acerbic wit at times had me laughing out loud. Despite illegalities, I would literally be comfortable having her drill and fill my teeth.

I've been very satisfied with Dr. Hayashi. He is very cordial, goes out of his way to make sure I understand everything clearly, and his results have been great. I also really appreiciate that the practice as a whole does a fabulous job of making sure you are comfortable and as pain-free as possible. Along those lines, my son sees him as well, and actually looks forward to going to the dentist. And that makes life much easier for me!

Great guy, great dentist! Very professional and bends over backwards to try and find the best fit procedure at the best cost to you. I would recommend Rick to everyone in Austin if I could do so.

Dr. Hayashi has seen me, my daughter (age 7) and son (age 6) for almost two years and we couldn't be more pleased. My kids actually like going to the dentist because of "Dr. Rick." My daughter had a serious injury that caused two teeth to be knocked out (one front permanant tooth) and to say that we are thrilled with the immediate and follow-up care she received is a gross understatement. The front desk staff is super friendly and everyone in the office is great. We couldn't recommend Dr. Hayashi and his staff any more highly. He even calls your home in the evenings after any procedure to make sure everything feels OK. What more could you ask for?

I used Dr Hayashi at Longhorn. He is very good and that is why I am googling for him now to find his new office (and came across this opinion survey). He is among that best dentists that have taken care of my family's dental needs. I trust his qualifications and he is a very nice guy on top of it all.
